Hi, I’m Emily! I’m passionate about listening to the innate wisdom of our Body, which guides us on the road to health, happiness, and balance. 

As a mom of twins and a busy entrepreneur with a private practice, I know what it feels like to put yourself on the back burner.

I’ve been in that place where I forgot what my identity felt like, to feel myself drifting away forgetting to, or not know how to create room for myself in life.

As a Registered Nurse, I have two decades of experience in clinical practice and the fields Energy Work and Energy Medicine. I believe we are greater than our physical parts, and I empower my clients to consistently rise as their best self by integrating the wisdom of both their physical and energetic body. 

Finding a connection to yourself and the moments of your day doesn’t require hours of meditation, quiet, or rigid structure.

Source to Source Grounding is a tool to help you redirect your focus in any moment. There are two versions of this practice that we go over in the book. The Long Version is meant for the dedicated and predictable quiet times of your day. It takes around 10 minutes to go through this version of the exercise. The Short Version is a 2-second practice meant for the moment you are in. It’s meant to be used when you need to refresh and reconnect with the moment before reacting to a situation.

How long do I have access?

Do I need to have a certain amount of time each day?

Is this the same as meditation?

Not exactly. It’s similar to meditation but grounding adds an extra element that can help shift your focus to the present moment.
